How to use
Shake well before use. Put 1 pump directly in to mouth and swallow. Can be added to hot & cold drinks. Use 1 pump per day. Wipe pump with clean tissue after use. Will stain. Don’t use when pregnant. Can increase to 2-3 pumps per day in times when an extra boost may be required.
