These convenient, discreet natural Sleep Patches are crafted with a blend of specially selected herbal extracts known to support good sleep, including valerian, passionflower, hops and our premium hemp extracts.

2 – Press, breathe, pause (gently press, then inhale the soft bergamot scent)

3 – Switch daily (remove after 24 hours, change placement daily)
