How to use
5 ml (one teaspoon) contains 130 mg elemental magnesium, 650 mg OptiMSM and 3mg melatonin.
Apply to skin after shower or bath in the evening or just before bed.
The product may change its colour during the period of use. It does not alter its quality and effectiveness.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
