About Viridian High One B Complex
Each of the Viridian B-complex supplements offers a full array of the B vitamins together with a higher level of a featured B vitamin. This supplement features a higher level of thiamine (vitamin B1). B1 (thiamine) contributes to the normal function of the heart, and to normal psychological function, energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
