How to use
As a food supplement for adults, using the dropper, add 0.5ml once or twice daily to food, drink or directly into mouth. Can also be taken sublingually by placing 0.5ml under the tongue up to twice daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 months. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
