About Viridian Organic Maca Extract
Maca (Lepidium Meyenii) sometimes referred to as ‘Peruvian Ginseng’, is a radish-like root vegetable native to Peru. The root grows in the mountains of Peru at high altitudes of 4000 to 4500 metres, making it one of the highest altitude growing plants in the world.
Maca root contains significant amounts of amino acids, carbohydrates, and minerals including calcium, phosphorous, zinc, magnesium, iron, as well as vitamins B1, B2, C and E and is often referred to as a superfood. It has been shown to support physical and mental health through maintaining optimal stamina and vitality.
Each capsule contains 400mg of organic maca root extract, equivalent to 1600mg of dry whole root, making it perfect for high-strength daily support.

How to use
