No chemical or high heat processing is used and the finished oil is bottled within hours at the source. How to use

As a food supplement for adults take 1- 3 tsp. daily. For children aged 1 to 12, take 1 tsp. daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
